During the Sony Ericsson Open last month in Miami, Richard Gasquet tested positive for cocaine. L'Equipe, a French sports newspaper, is reporting that Gasquet's urine sample contained 1.46 miligrams of cocaine, a drug listd in the banned drug list. The maximum allowed is .5 miligrams. If the former Wimbledon semifinalist's 'B' sample tests postitive, Gasquet could face a 2 year suspension. The Frenchman did not compete in Miami because of a shoulder injury, but that could have been a coverup for Gasquet's drug tests.
