The top players won't be in action this week as most are resting up for Indian Wells next week, but that doesn't mean that their isn't tennis action going on. Mexico will be hosting it's second straight tournament, this week in Monterrey. Number 1 seed Agnieszka Radwanska was upset by Na Li in the first round in 3 tough sets. Li blanked the 9th ranked Pole 6-0 in the 3rd.
