Davis Cup Results- Day 3

The United States sealed a victory over Switzerland when Andy Roddick defeated Stanislas Wawrinka in straight sets. Other teams that clinched on the third day of Davis Cup play were the Czech Republic, Spain, Russia, Israel and Germany. Argentina and Croatia clinched on day 2. If the tie was already clinched prior to the final singkles match, than the 5th match was 2 out of 3 sets.
