Murray Monopolizes Miami Masters

Andy Murray won 6 of the last 7 games to defeat Novak Djokovic and take the crown at the Sony Ericsson Open on Sunday. The world number 4 dominated the first set, jumping out to a 4-0 lead. Murray later served out the set. Djokovic though, showed that he wasn't going out without a fight, as he fought back and took a 4-1 lead in the 2nd set. I guess Murray was eager to finish it in straights, as he returned to his 1st set form and broke Nole twice to win the match. Murray now has reached the final in 4 of the past 5 masters events. Although he will not improve on his ranking, he is closing in on Novak for the number 3 spot. The Serb has about 3000 points to defend this clay season while Murray has just 600. Murray wants to improve more than that though, and unfortunately for the rest of the ATP, the Brit just keeps getting better.
