Wimbledon Results- Day 11

Great Britain may not be happy with the result of Andy Murray and Andy Roddick's match in the semis, but no credit can be taken away from the American, who left everything he had on the court and beat Murray at his very own game. Roddick broke to win the 1st set, but was broken in the 1st game of the 2nd, allowing Murray to take the set. The next 2 sets were tiebreaks, and Roddick prevailed in both of them with help from his 1st serve, which he got in 75% of the time. Murray had 4 more aces than Roddick, 4 less unforced errors and 8 more winners, yet the Scot won 2 less points. In the 1st semifinal encounter, Roger Federer had limited trouble derailing Tommy Haas. The Swiss was pushed to 1 tiebreak, in the 1st set, and hit 49 winners compared to just 15 unforced errors. Roddiick will met Federer in the final for the 3rd time, and 1st since 2005.
