Rafael Nadal, who withdrew from Wimbledon 2 weeks ago with knee tendinitis, will not participate in Spain's Davis Cup quartefinal against Germany. The Spaniards still have a world class team, though, consisting of David Ferrer, Fernando Verdasco, Feliciano Lopez and Tommy Robredo. Albert Costa said yesterday that Nadal is, “is not too good and he needs rest.” The tie will take place in Marbella from July 10th-12th.
