Serena Auctioning Off On-Court Looks for Haiti

If you follow Serena Williams on twitter, you know that the American world number 1 has been tweeting up a storm about her latest endeavor. After being fined a total of 92,000 for her US Open incident, Williams had decided to auction off looks that she wore on court and many other priceless gifts to raise money for the victims of the tragic earthquake in Haiti. "The purpose of the mission is to turn a negative into a positive by educating and helping women, men and children so that they have a fighting chance," said the 11-time major champion. Williams has already posted her Olympic 2008 dress and a Phoenix Suns jersey signed by point-guard Steve Nash on eBay.
