Hampered by a wrist injury all-tournament long, Juan Martin del Potro bailed out of the Australian open fairly early on, but the BBC is reporting that the US Open champion has once again tweaked that same are and will reportedly be forced to sit out for 4 weeks. The Argentine re-injured his right wrist, which first started to cause pain in October, in a practice session on Thursday and is targeting a return to the tour in Indian Wells, the same week Rafael Nadal is aiming to return. JMDP will miss Marseille, Dubai and presumably the Davis Cup.
