Rafa, Davydenko, Djoko and Feli into Shanghai Semis

Rafael Nadal, Nikolay Davydenko and Novak Djokovic all survived scares in their quartertfinal matches at the Shanghai Masters. Rafa, who has failed to perform his best in the past few months, lost the first set to Ivan Ljubicic. The Spaniard won the second, and shortly after Ljubicic retired with an injury in his left hip. Got lucky there, huh, Rafa? Ljubicic was the 8th player this week to quit during a match. Djokovic won the first set in his encounter with Gilles Simon, 6-3, but dropped the second 6-2. Djokovic recovered to take the third 6-2, damaging Simon's chances of qualifying for the ATP World Tour Finals. Davydenko won the first and third sets easily aginst Radek Stepanek, 6-1, but lost the second 6-4. Feliciano Lopez was the only two set winner, defeating Robin Soderling, 7-6 (4), 6-3. Rafa will face Lopez, while Koyla and Novak will square of. Can you say GLUED TO THE TV?
